This villa has a spacious living area with a high ceiling and very comfortable furniture. The living area is directly attached to the kitchen and outdoor terrace. The living room is equipped with cable TV and sound system.
This villa has 5 ocean view bedrooms. Each bedroom has a television set and a private bathroom. Three of these bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master suite is located upstairs and the other four bedrooms are located downstairs.
The open kitchen is very modern and has everything you can possibly need. Kitchen equipment includes: stove, oven, steam oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and a built in B.B.Q on the porch.
The villa has a spacious pool on the upper level overlooking the sea. The villa also has a seperate TV room downstairs with a view into the pool through a submersed window.
Downstairs there is a special room for dive equipment rinsing and storage.
A tropical garden surrounds the property.
