A spacious porch covers the entire west area of the villa. Besides direct access to the beach, this villa offers a fantastic pool which seems to be flowing straight into the ocean. Surrounded by a full-grown tropical garden you will be able to enjoy the peace and quiet this beautiful home has to offer. There are plenty of spots to lie in the sun or cool off in the shade under one of the covered gazebos.
This villa has a spacious living room with cable TV, Stereo with tape/CD player. You’ll also find a comfortable lounge area on the roofed upstairs veranda and plenty more seating on the downstairs terrace.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs, all with air-conditioning, fan and a private bathroom. Downstairs you will find the 4th bedroom, also with air-conditioning, fan and a private bathroom. This bedroom is also equipped with a kitchenette and small dining area.
This villa has a spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include a dishwasher, stove, microwave, oven, large refrigerator, blender, toaster and coffee maker.
On the downstairs seating area next to the pool you will also find a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, sink and a BBQ.
